Brief Description

Here is a new stopmotion animation I worked on. A race using cars from the Fast And Furious film franchise. This is my first animation I've made in 6 months after finishing Face Your Footprint in May.

About This Project

Fast and Furious has always been one of my favourite film franchises to watch, they are films that I have grew up since I was a kid. This is one of many animations I have made paying homage to the Fast and Furious films, I tend to pay homage more to the earlier films such as The Fast and Furious, 2Fast 2Furious, than the later ones from Fast Five and onwards.

In this animation I decided to use acutal toy cars that are modeled after the cars driven in the Fast and Furious series by some of the main characters throughout the films.

I think that the films do a good job at being both educative and entertaining. There are so many small and intricate details in both the set design as well as the plot, which shows that a lot of care and attention went into the making of the films. The plot lines are heart-warming and powerful, they do a very good job at cautioning people about the effects of global warming and harm to marine life, without being over-complex..
